Mark David HR is based in the North East of England and is managed by Rob Grinter, a HR manager with thirty years of experience as a manager in the private, public and not for profit sectors.

Rob is a Chartered member of the Institute of Personnel and Development, holds an MBA in business administration and a Cert Ed.
Why are we different?

What makes us different is our ability to show that HR support is a positive long term investment for employers not just an insurance policy against an employment tribunal claim.

Too many HR consultancies advertise themselves as white knights fending off expensive tribunal claims from disgruntled employees. No wonder HR consultants are seen by many as harbingers of doom. We prefer to give employers the confidence and skills to avoid tribunals through good HR practice. It’s simple really when you think about it.

Rob is a firm believer that the HR specialist’s role is to help business owners to avoid people problems arising or to resolve them quickly if they do. Once we resolve a problem we make sure our clients learn from it and it doesn’t happen again.
